While the ‘my-energy-solution-is- cleaner-than-yours’ continues to build heat, we’ve decided to make at least an immediate choice by ‘going green’ at our Boulder offices with wind credit purchases from Renewable Choice. It costs a lot less than you think, and exempts us from guilt associated with fossil fuel burning. This year, you can purchase Wind Power Credits and give them as a gift card (www.renewablechoice.com/windpowercard). An individual card is only $5 (offsets 250 kWh) and a family card is $15 (offsets 750 kWh). Each card is designed to be the equivalent to one month worth of energy usage… and the family plan offsets what could have been 560 lbs of burnt coal. And you don’t even have to buy the turbine…
